Allah's Will Or Our Desires??!!

Allah's Will Or Our Desires??!!

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful. All blessings, peace and prayers  be upon our prophet Mohammad.

In this short article, I would like to talk about one privilege of Islam as a religion from Allah, Almighty

Allah has created us and has made this life as a path onto which we get to the Hereafter as one of two groups; one goes to heaven and one to the Hellfire. However, the path  is full of obstacle and inspection  for those who want to go to Heaven.

What Allah has made Halal (allowable) for us is the best for ourselves and our life and vice a versa as He said  in As-Shura-19 (Allâh is very Gracious and Kind to His slaves. He gives provisions to whom He wills. And He is the All-Strong, the All-Mighty). He knows what is the best for our life, so He allows us to do what is the best and he knows what is bad for us and He does not allow us to commit them even if this is not clear in our minds, i.e., sometimes we might not be able to know Allah's will from making something Halal or Haram (allowable or forbidden). Nevertheless, He accepts the repentance of those who commit sins and do the forbidden things.

It is not a way of oppression of Allah to forbid following our desires as they will  lead us to the Hellfire. Rather, it is a way to examine what is stronger in our hearts: our love for Allah and for His wills or our love for life and our desires. This will be clearer by observing what Allah says in Surat An-Nessa,27 (Allâh wishes to accept your repentance, but those who follow their lusts, wish that you (believers) should deviate tremendously away (from the Right Path).

The love of either (paths) decides what path the lover has chosen even though Allah has told us the difference between the ways in a verse in the Holy Qura'an  where He said in Suratu Al-Balad,10 (And shown him the two ways (good and evil)?

By now, as it is not the end of the world, we need to go back and examine our wills and think whether they lead us to the righteous way or not  IF NOT, the Repentance Door is still Open.

By this short article, we know that Allah has nor created us in vain nor has he left us carelessly. He has given us the life as a tool to use it wisely to get to the ultimate goal which is Obeying Allah. This is the only way that would direct us to  Paradise (Jannah) which is the Utimate wish for all Muslims as well as for most of the  believers on  Earth who have not believed in Allah as The Only God or in Muhammad as the last Prophet.

I ask Allah, All-mighty, to show us the truth as a truth and to guide us to it and to show us the wrong as a wrong and to help us get a way from it.

This is a short article. It is composed of thoughts  and ideas that come into my mind. If it is correct, so it is the help and support from Allah, otherwise; it is from me and the Satan.  All knows the best.
