Peace be upon you and the Lord's Mercy and his blessing.

All praises are for Allah, we praise him and seek his help and his repentance and we seek refuge with him from the evils of ourselves and from the sins of our bad deeds. This who God guides him no one can mislead him and who God misguides him no one can guide him and I bear witness  that there is nothing worthy of worship bear witness that Muhammad peace be upon him is Alllah's slave and his messenger and his family and companions and gave much more peace all time long till the day of judgment .

as to what proceeds: O mankind ! Be dutiful to Allah almighty , the real duty and thank him for his more graces and a lot of his giving .  He made us from the best nation came to the mankind and sent us his best messenger and revealed to us his most beneficial book. A book that precisely explained and clearly proved. It has the promise and the threat0  It has the forbidding of joining others in worship with God(Allah) and the order of worshipping God alone. And every noble ethic.  O Muslims  this is God's book ; your prophet's miracle (peace be upon him) where he says: ( God did not send a prophet without proofs which mankind believed and what I was given from God is a revelation God taught me , I hope I will be the one who has the most followers.) So praise to God who sent the book and made it has no crookedness and blessed is he who sent down the criterion to his slave that he may be a warning to mankind, jinn and all what exist. A book that  has   précised verses that were then described in details by the All wise and the well- aquainted. A book its verses that were explained in details an Arabic Quran for people who know. It is the truth and leads to Truth ( there has come to you from God  light and a plain book. Wherewith God guides all those who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness by His will to light and guides them to the Straight Way. It has the eloquent speech and description , it has the order and the forbidden, it has the news and the telling. ( We didn't leave out anything in the book., we sent you the book for explanation of everything. A book God sent down for we think about and use our mind for its meanings to be a method of      righteous of our hearts and deeds. ( this is a book (the Qura'n) which we have sent down to you , full of blessings that they may ponder over its Verses, and that men of understanding may remember. God sent down so worship him alone without a partner . ( verily, we have sent down the book to you (O Mohammad) in truth: So worship God sincerely for God's sake only. It is guarded by God guarding        from the hands of corrupters to increase or decrease it.  God who owned majesty and exalted above all said (Verily, We it is We who sent down the Quran and surely, We will guard it(from corruption) ( And Verily , it is an honorable well-fortified respected book.  Falsehood cannot come to it from before it or behind it. It is sent down by All-wise, worthy of all praise.  It is the best Statement and the best speech ( God has sent down the Best Statement, a book , its part resembling each other.  He sent it to be an honor for this nation ( Indeed,  We have sent down for you a book in which there is your reminder.  Will you not then understand.  God sent it down to brings out the slaves from the darkness of ignorance and misleading to the light of learning and guidance.

(A book We sent down to you to bring out people from the darkness  to light on the permission of God.  God sent it down as mercy for all mankind, jinn and to all what exist( Certainly, We have brought them a Book which we have explained in detail with knowledge,- a guidance and a mercy to people who believe)  Yes! It is the great guidance and the biggest giving glad tidings ( Verily, this quran guides to that which is most just and right and gives glad tidings to the believers who work deeds of righteousness, that they shall have a great reward) Yes! It guide us to the best ways in all matters in our religion and our life, in our belief  God who owned majesty and exalted above all explained to us his great creatures so we can have   a proof of his great haughtiness  and his own majesty and his power   for every thing. He created Earth and heavens and the sun and the moon and the stars.( Indeed , your Lord is Allah , who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then He rose over the Throne . He brings the night as a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly, And He created the sun, the moon , the stars subjected to his command . Surely, his is the Creation and Commandment.  Blessed is Allah, the Lord of the mankind, jinn and all that exists).  The following of day and night are signs of his signs that lead to his great importance  (And We have appointed  the night and the day as two signs. Then we have obliterated the sign of the night and  We have made the sign of the day illuminating, that you may seek bounty from your Lord, and that you may know the number of the years and the reckoning . and We have explained everything in detail with full explanation. He who owned majesty and exalted above all  sent down the Qura`n and explained that He has created of everything pairs for the remaining of that creature( And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember(the grace of God).  He guided us to the best ways to think of ourselves and know the stages of our creation  so that we know our God and creator and worship him a lone without a partner.( O mankind! If you are in doubt the resurrection, then verily, We have created you from dust, then from a mixed sperm of a man and a               of a woman. Then from a clot then from a little lump of flesh- some formed and some unformed – that we may make clear to you And We cause whom We will remain in the wombs for an appointed term, then We bring you out as infants, then you may reach your age of full strength.  And among you there is he who dies and among you there is who is brought back to the miserable old age, so that he knows nothing after having known.) He guided us to know the All-provider ) Verily ! seek livelihood at God and worship Him  and thank Him) He  who owned majesty and exalted above all guided us to conclude from his universal signs and his great creatures that He is the one that deserves worshipping alone and no one else ( Is God (Allah) better ,or all that they  ascribe as partners to him.. Is not He who created the heavens and the earth, and brings down for you water from the sky whereby we cause to grow wonderful gardens full of beauty and delight? It is not in your ability to cause the growth of their trees.  Is there any God with Allah ? Nay, but they are a people who ascribe equals. He guided us to the goal that we were created for.    ( And I (God) Allah created not the jinn and mankind except that they should worship Me (Alone) .  God commanded us of oneness (  And they were commanded not  but that they should worship Allah, and  worship none but Him Alone ( abstaining from ascribing partners to Him). With the call for oneness He sent the messengers ( And We did not send any Messenger before you but we revealed to him that No God but Me( none has the right to be worshipped but I Allah), so worship Me. Having a partner with Allah is the biggest sin ( Verily  , joining partners in worship with Allah is a great wrong deed. Joining others with Allah is a fault in mind ( Do they attribute as partners to Allah those who created nothing but they themselves are created) God will not forgive  A polytheist for his sin if he did not repent before meeting his God ( Verily, God Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with Him) Calling but God is a greater polytheism and a sin that can't be forgiven (  And Whoever invokes besides Allah, any other God of whom he has no proof , then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Surely ! the disbelievers in God and in the oneness of Alllah, polytheists , pagans and idolaters will not succeed )

On the day of judgment those who were worshiped deny the worshipper. ( When those who were followed disown those who followed them, and they see the torment, then all their relations will be cut off from them) ( then on the day of Resurrection, you shall disown each other, and curse each other, and your abode will be the Hell Fire and you shall have no helpers).  He guided us to believe in all his most beautiful names and       his most high characters So he explained them for us in his Holy book in clear description. ( And (all) the most beautiful names belong to Allah, so call on him by them.)  we affirm them without any exemplifying  and we keep them far above without negligence. ( There is nothing like him; and He is the Hearer and All- seer . He guided us to believe in Him, his angels , His books, His messengers, the other day( the day of Resurrection)  And to believe in  good and bad fate ( But the piety is the quality of the one who believe in God-Allah, the Last day , the Angels, the book and the prophets).( Verily, everything We created with predestination ) He guided us to believe in his messenger (Mohammad) peace be upon him ) ( O you who believe in God(Allah) and his     messenger(Mohammad) He guided us to follow him and love him( Mohammad) ( Say ( O Mohammad to mankind ) " If you love Allah then follow me, Allah will love you) He guided us to aid and support him (  So those who believed in Him

honour him, help him and follow the light that was sent down with him it is they who will be successful ) He guided us to choose his law and prosecute to them and satisfy with it. ( But, no by  your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you judge in all disputes between them .) He guided us to the idea that Mohammad is a human being as we are and he does not deserve any  worshipping ( Say O Mohammad I am only a human being like you. It is revealed to me that your God is one God.)  He guided us to know the great  thing he came with and it is revelation from God.( Nor does he speak of his own desire. It is only a Revelation ) The qura'n guided us to the perfection and completeness  of the religion (Islam) ( This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you.)  It is a law of revelation , it is a law of infallible religion from an inspiration of infallible religion because it is from God to His prophet ( prayers and peace be upon him) And his companions transfer that to us through reliable books and correct methods.  O! Moslems He guided us in our worshipping to the best way so he explains to us that he imposes financial worshipping , physical worshipping and  heart and verbal worshipping according to the nature of humankind and to make it easy to perform these works and complete the imposed laws. He guided us to perform prayers by order

( And perform prayers) and guard it strictly( Guard strictly the prayers especially the middle prayer).  And that is one of  the messengers ways (And mention in the book Ishmael. Verily, he was

True to what he promised and he was a messenger and a prophet* And he used to enjoin his family and his people the prayers and give tithe and his God was pleased with him.) He guided us to Tithe to believe that it is an obligation  and we must do it and deliver it to the deserve ones( Take Alms from their wealth in order to purify them and sanctify them with it) He guided us to it because it is a purification of the wealth and the heart and the giver's ethics. He guided us to believe in Ramadan fasting and its duty and it is a way to fulfill  fearing God ( O you who believe! observing the fast is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become the pious) And He guided us to pilgrimage to perform this duty which is the good thing for us as God who owned majesty and exalted above all says ( That they may witness things that are of benefit to them.  He guided us to preach (call) for him and  enjoining Islamic Monotheism and forbidding polytheism in the Islamic ways( Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good enjoining Islamic Monotheism and forbidding polytheism and He guided us by telling us that the basic rule about things in our dealing with each other is lawful unless there is a prove of forbidding it. (He it is  Who created for you all that is on earth)  He ordered us to gain from good things (O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and good on the earth.

He permitted selling and buying and made trade accompanied with fighting for God ( And others traveling through the land, seeking God's Bounty , yet others fighting for God sake) He permitted selling  thing that has the exchange of benefits and forbids Usury that has injustice and hurts people ( And God permitted trading and forbidden usury. He ordered us of  honesty in our dealing with each other (Verily, God commands that you should render back the trusts to those to whom they are due)He has forbidden us Maysar which is gambling (O you who believe! Intoxicants and gambling , idols and arrows for seeking luck or decision are abomination of Satan handiwork. So avoid it strictly all that abomination in order that you may be successful.) Al-Ma'edah Verse 90.  He forbade bribery it is from ill-gotten money and God has blame the Jews when he says( ( They like to listen to falsehood, to devour anything forbidden(ill-gotten) He forbade taking from the public estate illegally ( It is not for any prophet to take illegally a part of the booty, and whosoever deceives his companions as regards the booty, he shall bring forth on the Day of Resurrection)  He forbade overspending (  And eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly  He (God) likes not those  who overspend)  He forbade spending on useless things ( But spend not wastefully (your wealth) in the manner of  a spendthrift.  Verily, the spendthrifts are brothers of devils) and the Devil is ever ungrateful to his God)  He consented treating others mercifully , and brought document in debts that no human mind can come with similar one.  And in the family system He guided us to the nearest( best) method,  He ordered us to marry legally and create our desire on it.( And marry those among you who are single and the pious, fit and capable ones of your male and female slaves. Al-Noor verse 32.  ( Then marry other women of your choice, two or three, or four)

verse 3 ) but He prohibited the way of mischief which is adultery that contradicts with lawful marriage . ALLAH says: ( And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as away.) ( 17; 32 ) He made man a protector and responsible for women because he spends of his means and because ALLAH has made one of them to excel the other, and He has made him capable for that. ALLAH, The exalted said, ( Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because ALLAH has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend ( to support them ) from their means…..) ( 4; 34 ). And He regulates the separation during marriage and clarifies the number of divorces.( The divorce is twice…) ( 2; 229). As for the social relation among Muslims, we see that the Holy Quran guides us to that which is most just and right. So He orders us to obey our parents and show the utmost humbleness and kindness to them. He also makes their right the same as His right (Worship ALLAH and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good…) ( 4;36). He prevents us from obeying them in doing any deed that leads to His disobedience, and at the same time doing good to them. ( But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them and accompany them in the world kindly…) (31;15).  He orders us to be generous to our neighbor and the neighbor who is near of a kin, and to do good to relatives.( And fear ALLAH, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. …) (4;1 ). He commands the Muslims to aid and cooperate with each other . ( The believers, men and women, are (helpers, supporters, friends ) of one another….) (9;71). ( … And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression, and fear ALLAH; indeed ALLAH is severe in penalty.) (5;2) He guides citizens and leaders in cooperation in good deeds and has  made it obligatory on citizens to obey their rulers as long as they enjoin good deeds. (O you who believe! Obey ALLAH and obey the Messenger( Muhammad, peace be upon him) and those of you who are in authority) (4;59)

And He obligates the one who is in charge and the leader to be fair and just. ( … and that when you judge between people, you judge with justice…. ) ( 4;58 ). And He orders us to refer to our persons in charge, ( And when their comes to them some [i.e., information] about [public] security or fear, they spread it around. But if they had referred it back to the Messenger or to those of authority among them, the proper investigators would have understood it from them (directly) … ( 4;83) And He guides The Muslim Ummah to judge with justice ( Indeed, ALLAH enjoins justice and good conduct ….) ( 16;90) He orders to keep the rights by witnesses and clear evidences from them. ( And bring to witness two witnesses from among your men….) (2;282) He has prohibited concealing testimony, ( … And do not conceal testimony …) ( 2;283) He has forbidden false statements, ( And those who do not bear witness to falsehood, …) ( 26;72) ( So avoid the uncleanness of idols and avoid false statement.) (22; 30) AS for the limits, ALLAH has come up with a fair system; He has ordered to cut off  the thief's hand, from the wrist joint, if he/she steals less the than a quarter of a dinar, although it is worth a half of blood money. But He has ordered to cut it off in protection of the wealth and properties. ( [As for] the thief, the male and the female, amputate their hands… ) (5;38) He has commanded to lash the unmarried, man or woman, for sexual intercourse. ( The fornicatress  and the fornicator, flog them with a hundred stripes.) (24;1) He has ordered to lash the slanderers who accuse people and spoil their honor and reputation. ( And those who accuse chaste women and do not produce four witnesses, lash them with eighty stripes…) (24;4) He has ordered to kill the unjust killer so that the population can be safe. ( And there is [ a saving of ] life for you in AL-Qisaas ( the Law of Equality in punishment)  ( 2;179)  ( And We ordained for them therein: "Life for life,…) ( 5;45) And He orders to cut off the root of the wrong-doers and road obstructers. ( Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against ALLAH and His Messenger and strive upon earth [ to cause ] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified, or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment.) (5;33)

O! Muslims,  the manners in Islam have a high value. The Holy Quran guides us to the best manners and it told us that the noble conduct is that of our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. ( And indeed, you are of a great moral character.) ( 68;4) It guides us to truthfulness and orders us to say it. ( O you who believe, fear ALLAH and be with those who are true.) (9;119) He guides  us to sincerity, ( … So worship ALLAH  bring sincere to Him in religion) ( 39;2). He guides us to repentance to Him. ( … And beg ALLAH to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful. ) ( 24; 31). He guides us to ask Him for forgiveness, to remembering Him and to every noble conduct. He commands us to keep promises and fulfill covenants, ( And they who are to their trusts and their promises attentive.) ( 23;8) He orders us to  be just with the enemy and the friend, (… and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety. …) (5;8).  He prohibits us from doing all evil manners and forbids us from lying. ( They only invent falsehood who do believe in the verses of ALLAH….) (16;105) He prohibits us from treachery, ( O you who believe, do not betray ALLAH and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know[ the consequences]) ( 9;27). He prohibits us  from doing mischief on earth. ( And of mankind there is he whose speech may please you ( O Muhammadصلى الله عليه وسلم  ), in this worldly life, and he calls ALLAH to witness as to that which is in his heart. Yet he is the most quarrelsome of the opponent. And when he turns away ( from you O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم  ), his effort in the land is to make mischief therein and to destroy the crops and the cattle, and ALLAH likes not mischief.) (2;204-205) He prohibits magic and warns us not to practice it. And He has  told  us that it is the head of ( a major ) disbelief. ( … but neither of these two ( angels ) taught anyone till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not ( by learning this magic from us)"

( 2;102) So be aware of magic and magicians, never trust them, never watch their TV channels and preserve your faith from that.

O Muslims, these care some guidance of the Holy Qur'an. It is a book of guidance, mercy, true faith, good deed, sincere belief and just law. ALLAH has included all the good, of whatsoever, and ALLAH has spoken the truth ( verily, the Qur'an guides to that which is most just and right … ) (17;9) So what is the spot of people towards the teachings of the Holy Qur'an?

O Muslims, the world has tried several ideologies; political, philosophical, materialistic, pragmatic , liberal and other extremist  ideas which caused harm  to the Muslim Ummah. Look around  you and you will only  see fighting, bloods, pieces  of flesh, intuitions and mischief. All that is the result of the false ideological conflicts. What has the world benefited from these ideas? Moreover, what have they benefited from separating Islam from real life?

O you, decision makers: The world will never know stability nor order in its life except unless it applies Godly law and method. The method of The Creator of creation, the Lord of the worlds who has created the creation and is  the only one who knows what is most appropriate for them. ( Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted) ( 67;14) Every producer  is more knowledgeable about his product . So it is necessary to return to this Holy Qur'an.

O you, decision makers: our world going towards an abyss; overwhelming material, spoiled manners, waging wars and dreadful situations. Old policies which were based on old methods made by doubtful minds have caused destruction and turmoil to the Ummah. The solution, and the sole solution is in, applying, the Islamic System which has addressed the soul with a steadfast belief which has filled  the heart light and happiness; the solution is in the Islamic teachings which have made this fair law care for the public welfare equally and wisely ; It has also made this fair law give everyone his due. The solution is in Islam which has come up with a high series that encourages work and production.    The solution is in  Islam  which organizes the relationship between a Muslim and his Muslim brother .

And Islam has set the social, the political and the moral relationships. The solution is in following the Islamic teachings because they are from the Lord the worlds, never made up by the hands of any human being (… it is sent down by the

All-Wise, the worthy of all praise.)  [41: 42]. Oh! Muslim Ummah, Among ALLAH's bounties is that He has chosen Islam for us and has called us Muslims, the name of the monotheists, His servants, as expressed by his intimate friend, Abraham, ( It is He {ALLAH} who has named you Muslims both before and in this { the Qur'an }, that the Messenger { … Muhammad, peace be upon him} may be a witness over you and you be witnesses over mankind….) [ 22: 78 ]  We are witnesses over mankind due to this fair law (Islamic Shari'ah) that we have. It is the righteous deed that incites good deeds. Oh! Muslims: Every slogan and every call that is raised, and does not depend on Islam, is falsehood. Our world is full of different confederative and fanatical slogans. We are a nation which ALLAH has honored with Islam. He (ALLAH) has gathered our scattering with it, united our lines with it and brought our hearts together with it, so whenever we seek guidance from other, humanly sources, ALLAH misleads us. During the Prophet's time, two of his companions, a Mohajiri and an Ansari, quarreled. Then everyone called his tribe. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said " Is it the call of [the time of ] ignorance and I am still with you?"   There is no partisanship # intemperance # for national, Persian or Turkish sector in our religion.  It is for national, Persian or Turkish sector in our religion.  It is Al-Islam, the religion of unity. (And indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so fear me.) [23: 52] Oh! Muslims! This unity is ALLAH's favor upon us and He has ordered us to do it. (And hold firmly to the rope of ALLAH all together and do not become divided. ….) [3: 103] A unity so strong that a Muslims must consider any other Muslim as his brother; he should not wrong him, lie to him, disrespect him nor overcome him. A unity based upon firm bases; the oneness of God, the oneness of Prophet, the oneness of religion, and the oneness of direction in prayer and the oneness of economy. A unity  that gathers the hearts of the Muslims together so that they could be the same as ALLAH has wanted them to be; the best nation produced for mankind. Our enemy planned to separate us and spread out our disputes. So stop following it (our enemy) and relying on it. Oh, The Muslim Ummah, ALLAH has chosen Islam as the best religion, and has chosen Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, the best as well as the seal of His prophets and messengers. He (ALLAH) has sent him with guidance and the religion of truth and as a bringer of good tidings and a Warner. ALLAH supported him and protected him. A religion which ALLAH completed and favored upon us. A religion that encompasses all obligations such as fairness, mercy, bounty, and charity; a religion which ALLAH intended to stay and promised to support it. ( And ALLAH will surely support those who support Him, ….) [ 22: 40 ]   The believers were tested with great adversities to purify what is in their hearts, ( …so that  ALLAH might  purify  what is in your hearts…)  [ 3:145 ] So whoever ALLAH kept firm, his feet became more steadfast, and spreading rumors increased their faith and their belief in ALLAH; the world has offered them its adornments but they refused it and kept firm in their religion. The disbelievers and the polytheists fought them, but they insisted to be allies to this religion, so their enemies fought them and harmed their families and their wealth but they were patient and hence they attained the good outcome. Don't you see what has happened to the Muslims? They have been debilitated in their religion, in their homelands and in their properties. Moreover, the enemies became allies against them, and no one supported them except ALLAH, who supported and guided them. But the worst of that is to have a group of our people bargain with their nation's high possessions for political or materialistic purposes. So liven up and be aware! The hypo- crates' market has risen: one writes against Islam, on sells them his authority and one sells them everything. All are sold for a low price. Oh! Muslim Ummah, the success of every call depends on its firm bases that will guarantee its continuity. And that is what makes the Islamic call superior because it has clear and understandable milestones. ALLAH has sent His Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, with guidance and the religion of truth. He called people to worship ALLAH alone and warned them from joining others in worship with ALLAH.

This is the basis of his call and the essence of his message as it was the message of the previous prophets, peace be upon them. He started with his kindred and relatives, (And warn your tribe {O Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him,} of near kindred.) [26:214]. He called one after the other secretly for fear from his relatives and their supporters. The tribe of Quraish knew that he was calling them to the truth and they said, ( He has made {gods} all into one{ God - ALLAH} Verily, this is a curious thing!) [38:5] When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him became strong, ALLAH ordered him to proclaim his mission openly. (Therefore proclaim openly {ALLAH's message – Islamic monotheism} that which you are commanded, and then turn away from {polytheists, idolaters and disbelievers}) [15:94] And ALLAH told him that He would protect him plotter's plotting. (… ALLAH will protect you from mankind…) [5:67]  So he invited the Arab tribes to ALLAH and offered himself to them until ALLAH guided a group of Ows and Khazraj tribes, the helpers, who gave a pledge to protect him as people protect their countries, families and women. As a result, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, moved to their town, Al-Medina, and that was the main reason for the honor of Islam and its strength.

O, Muslims! Misguiding calls have appeared with ambiguous goals and purposes. They aim to deform their religion and strip them out of their national and tribal identity; calls with unknown leaders who intend to make the world unstable and dismantled. How many of youths that they have trapped and have become like toys in their hands for a high position, a large fortune or a perishable enjoyment. O! People of understanding; beware of those invitations and their clubs. The Muslim, whom ALLAH privileged with Islam and honored with this clear religion and its Prophet, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, has obvious lifestyle: no cheating, no conceiving. Anyone who calls to this religion will be rewarded because its path is the Straight Path and its way is the good way, (… would you exchange that which is better for that which is lower? [ 2:61]

O! Muslim leaders and politicians, the responsibility is gigantic. The people of Islam and the land of Islam are honesty on your necks; Our Islamic world is passing through difficult conditions; our enemies want to distort our Islamic identity, to alienate our religion from life affairs, to humiliate us and be under their control. They have got the benefits of our land and at the same time    made it an arena for their military and political conflicts.

O! Muslim Leaders: help the Muslims keep their Islamic identity and protect their generations religiously and culturally. Help them protect their frontiers and be strong enough to be able to solve their affairs without any interference from our enemies.

O! Muslim scholars! O! The inheritors of Prophets, O! The people of resolution: Wake up from your state of carelessness and search for lawful solutions to your nation's issues such as excess religiosity and moral dissolution.

O Muslim youths: Hold your religion firmly; protect yourselves and your nation from our enemies who seek to have youths without identity so that they can be their allies and implement their mischievous and corrupting plans.

O The people of education: Fear ALLAH in the minds of our sons; let our curriculums interpret the the true faith, conformable with the good morals and connect our present time with the past one. Our curriculums should strengthen the trust in our present time and clarify ALLAH's promise for this nation and that the future is for this religion and that this religion will continue. Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (A group of my people, Ummah, will stay on the truth not least harm will do to them from those who forsake them or go up against them.)

O! People of Mass Media, the Media are the expressing tongue of the nation. So be truthful in your media and remember that your country is the heart of the world fortune, the resource of the good things. Let it serve the religion and design fruitful plans for the present and the future of the Muslim Ummah. The Islamic Media must expose the falsehoods of the TV channels that seek to destroy our nation and spread vice among us.

O! Muslim damsel, you are our heart fruit and eye joy. The enemies' arrows are directed towards you; their conferences are designed to spoil you. So maintain your chastity and your veil   to preserve you falling in vice immoral behaviors. Be firm in your religion and you will be a good woman by ALLAH's grace.

O! Entrepreneurs, usury has spread and become a way of evil and deterioration. So could you establish an Islamic trade centre to save people from the destructive results of usury?

O! Our brothers in Palestine, Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan and everywhere, I remind you from honorable and great standing with what our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said on a day like today, Arafat Day, in his distinguished speech:" .. Just as you regard this month, this day, this city as sacred regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust…. ." And I follow the Prophet's guidance and say to you: "My brothers never shed the blood of each other and return to your sound judgment, arrange you affairs and be over the personal freak and desires. Let your aim be PROTECTING THE HIGH PUBLIC WELFARE.  The enemy is in your country and you are busy among yourselves. May ALLAH gather your dispersion, unite your word and humiliate your enemies, and ALLAH is over all things competent.

O! Muslim Ummah, one of ALLAH's blessings is the good leadership of this country that recommends one another to the truth, serve the two Holy Mosques and make the pilgrims comfortable and satisfied. King Abdul AZEEZ started the way, may ALLAH put His mercy on him. His sons Saud, Faisal, Khalid and Fahd, may ALLAH put His mercy on them all.

Now this is the time for our leader, Abdullah bin Abdul AZEEZ, the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques to carry on with the mission of developing, giving generously and expanding the two Holy Mosques for the benefit of the pilgrims. May ALLAH reward them for their efforts and deeds?

O! Muslims, ponder on the Holy Qur'an and recite it a lot for it has guidance and submission in it. ALLAH has guided us to a downright issue; death is inevitable. (Indeed! You are to die and indeed, they are to die. Then on the Day of Resurrection, you will be disputing before your Lord.)[39:30-31] ALLAH has guided us to the dying hour, (Nay, when the life comes up to the throat and it will be said: Where is the Wizard, who can save him now?  And he, the dying person, knows that it is the time of parting.) [75:26-28] (And the stupor of death will come in truth: "This is what you have been avoiding".) [50:19)

He has guided us to know about that day, the Day of Resurrection, and about our condition when we will stand before ALLAH.( The Day when they will come out of the graves quickly as racing to a goal. With their eyes lowered in fear and humility, ignominy covering them, all over,. That is the Day which they were promised.  ) [70:43-44] He explained the situations of the Day of Resurrection, (On the Day when the earth will be changed to another earth and so will be the heavens, and they (all creatures) will appear before ALLAH, the One, and the Irresistible.) [14:48] ALLAH, The Almighty said: (Then when the Trumpet will be blown with one blowing {the first one} and the earth and the mountains shall be removed from their places, and crushed with a single crushing. Then on that day shall the {Great} Event befall. And the heaven will be rent asunder, for that Day it {the heaven} will be frail and torn up. And the angels will be on its sides, and eight angles will bear the Throne of your Lord above them. That Day shall you be brought to judgment, not a secret of you will be hidden) [69:13-18] He has guided us and told us that all our words and deeds are kept account of, reckoned, on us. (Not a word does he {or she} utter but there is a watcher by him ready {to record it}.)[50:18] (And the book, one's record, will be placed and you will see the sinners fearful of that which is, recorded, therein. They will say: Woe to us! What sort of book is this that leaves neither a small thing nor a big thing, but has recorded it with numbers, and they will find all that they did, placed before them, and your Lord treats no one with injustice.)[18:49] ( And We have fastened every man's deeds on his neck and on the Day of Resurrection We shall bring out for him a book which he will find wide open. {It will be said to him}: Read your book. You yourself are sufficient as a reckoner against you this day.  ) [17:13-14] …………

O! Slaves of ALLAH, pilgrims to ALLAH's house, verily you have responded (ALLAH's) caller and arrived at ALLAH's Holy land. The roads to the holy monuments are safe and well prepared for you, so worship ALLAH and purify your religion for Him, fear ALLAH in yourselves, move orderly and comply with the regulations that have been put for you, remember ALLAH with much remembrance and call Him in humility and ask Him of His bounty, especially on this blessed day, may ALLAH accept me and you (our deeds).

O! Muslim nation today is Arafat and the Hajj is Arafat. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, performed his first and last Hajj in year ten of Al-Hijrah, on Friday, the lord of the days and the best day of the week; a day on which ALLAH created Adam, made him to dwell in Paradise and sent him out of it on Friday; it is the day on which the Hour will appear (rise); it is a day that has an hour ………… and guided us to this great day. Hence ALLAH be praised who has made the day of our Hajj this year coincide with Muhammad's Hajj, peace and blessings be upon him. Stay at Arafat until sunset. Stay overnight in Muzdalifah, which is preferable, or until after midnight. Stone Jamrat Al-Aqabah on the Day of Eid, shave your head or trim some hair. Shaving, however, is preferable. Go to Makkah, circle the Ka'bah, and hasten between As-Safa and Al-Marwah, if you have not hastened or if you are on Tamattu state: Performing the Umrah in the months of the Hajj before performing the Hajj. Then all restrictions of Ihram are lifted from you. Do the Tawaf Farewell and be forgiving and tolerant.

Supplications …………………

O Servants of ALLAH, the Almighty ALLAH descends to His lowest heaven and shows His pride, pleasure, of His servants to the heaven's angels. There is no day on which ALLAH delivers from Fire more slaves than today, the day of Arafah.  … The best supplication is Arafat supplication and the words uttered by Prophet Muhammad and the previous prophets, peace and blessings be upon them, is :( There is no true God except ALLAH alone having no partner. To Him belongs the dominion, and the praise, and He has power over everything.

Prophet   Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said "Satan has not been seen more humiliated, more disgraced and more expelled than on the day of Arafah except for what he had seen on the day of the battle of Badr" So be sincere in your calling of God and go towards Him with your hearts and raise your hands in invocation asking Him to keep you firm on Islam and keep you on the straight path and ask Him the unity of Muslims and protect them from evils of the wicked people He is able to do everything. ( Our Lord! Forgive us and our brothers who have preceded us in Faith, and put not in our hearts any hatred against those who have believed.  Our Lord! You are indeed full of kindness, Most merciful .
